Miss Natticha Kongmuang, I am 18 year-old, My hometown is in Phetchaburi province, the western part of Thailand. I am under study the Upper Diploma of Vocational College, 2nd year at the Vocational College of Phetchaburi province.
My family is very poor, we are the street vendor selling the soybean milk daily to feed all my family’s members. I myself is very curious to learn more about ICT but very difficult to access to all kinds of ICT training because, in my college, there are not enough computers and teachers to train, and for the other training places, I also cannot access… because I don’t have money to pay them and also I don’t have time to join them because I need to help my family daily business. So, I only learn some skills and knowledge from all my friends. I want to know more about how to use ICT to develop my family business because currently there are more competitive with my family business and the young generations seem to drink less soymilk. So, the ICT as a tool might can help my family business to be smarter, more income, more customers, more visible, etc. I heard that ICT can help starting up the smarter business, the e- business and even easier and easier, etc. I want to create my own blog, my own web. I think this is very important for me to topping up my family business soon.
Natticha KongmuangMy family is also very curious to know more about How we can use ICT to develop our family business because I am the knowledge leader of the family, they want me to try.– ICT training can spark my idea a lot, it can let me thinking further in a more creative way instead of doing the same as of my family has been doing it for long. If I can use ICT effectively to my family business, our family’s members might have more time to stay at home and make as of any pre- order. I think this might be the innovation for our family. So, we all can have more time to stay at home together and myself can also work somewhere else as well as helping them.

My dream is to use IT to develop more about our family business.
I think all the youths today, they are quite got less train to read and analyze about all kinds of media especially the ICT media. So, this affected to be more and more consumerism among all the youths currently. All the academic institutes at all levels must train or educate them more and in time. All ICT skills and knowledge needed to be add or integrated into all kinds of learning and teaching activities in the schools/ college/ universities because ICT is a “MUST” tool of the current generation. I would like to request the government to support ICT to all groups of people in Thailand.
